Bottom line up front: How should a team trial Zoho Sign before leaving PandaDoc?

Test it on the plan you'll actually pay for, because signing up starts a 14-day Enterprise trial automatically, and Enterprise isn't the tier most teams buy.

Standard is $10 a user against PandaDoc Starter at $19, and Professional at $16 removes Standard's cap of 25 envelopes per user per month, all annual. Top-tier trials mislead in a predictable way. The team builds its process on whatever the trial allows, then the account drops to the plan you bought and a step that worked last week is gone. Note every feature each workflow touches during those 14 days and check it against Zoho's plan list before you pick a tier. And if anyone builds quotes in PandaDoc, decide where that work moves, because the proposal editor has no Zoho equivalent.
