Switching from SignNow to PandaDoc

There is no importer from SignNow to PandaDoc: download your signed documents, rebuild templates from your blank files and reconnect integrations. Here is the order that avoids losing anything.

Quick verdict: Plan a clean cut-over: finish or download everything in flight in SignNow, rebuild your templates in PandaDoc from the original blank documents, then switch senders over and cancel. Nothing is imported automatically, so the work is proportional to the number of templates you use.

Estimate assumes: 1 hour of data-mapping/cleaning labor per 2,000 records, a blended $75/hr ops rate, tiered migration & cleaning tooling fees, and 4 hours of retraining per seat at a $45/hr fully-loaded rate.

Why teams move from SignNow to PandaDoc

    Unlimited signing

PandaDoc Starter includes unlimited document uploads and e-signatures.

    Document editor

Build proposals and quotes, not just sign them.

    Free plan

60 documents a year at no cost.

    How the migration actually works

Move in this order so no document in flight is lost.

    StepWhat you do
1Download what you have signedDownload completed documents with SignNow’s completion certificate and proof of signing.
2List your templatesWrite down each template, its fields, signing order and reminders; none of this exports in a form the other tool can import.
3Set up PandaDocSign up (Free covers 60 documents a year) or start a trial of Starter, and invite the people who send documents; each paid sender is a seat.
4Rebuild templatesUpload each blank document to PandaDoc, place the signature, date and text fields, and set signing order and reminders.
5Reconnect integrationsReconnect CRM, cloud storage and any Zapier or API automations to PandaDoc.
6Cancel SignNowOnce in-flight documents are signed and downloaded, cancel SignNow at the end of its billing term.

What this path doesn’t do for you:

PandaDoc bills per seat, so a large team of occasional senders costs more than SignNow’s flat plan.

    Before you cut over

    • Set up single sign-on in PandaDoc on Enterprise (Business: paid add-on) before you invite the team, so accounts are created through your identity provider rather than by hand.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Will it cost more?

For teams, yes: PandaDoc Starter is $19 a seat (annual) against SignNow’s $8 a month flat, but PandaDoc has no 100-invite yearly allowance.

Do my templates and signed documents carry over?

No. None of these tools imports another’s templates or envelopes. Download completed documents before you cancel, and rebuild templates from your blank documents in the new tool.
