Bottom line up front: Is it worth leaving SignNow's flat price for PandaDoc's per-seat plans?

Yes if you've outgrown 100 signature invites a year or want to build proposals and quotes, but you trade a flat $8 a month for $19 a seat, and every seat now needs managing.

Nothing imports, so you download completed documents with SignNow's completion certificate, rebuild each template from its blank file and reconnect integrations, and PandaDoc Free covers 5 documents a month if you want to prove the workflow first. Per-seat billing changes the housekeeping. Seats rarely get removed on their own, and a leaver's account keeps billing and keeps access to client contracts until someone switches it off. Make seat removal a line on your offboarding checklist, and reassign anything that person still has out for signature before you deactivate them, so a deal doesn't stall in an empty inbox. My rule: seats go to people who send, and they come back the day someone leaves.
