Bottom line up front: Is PandaDoc's free e-sign plan enough, and what do paid seats really cost?

Free covers 5 documents a month with unlimited users, and paid seats start at $19/seat/mo, but on the Business plan SSO costs extra: $20 a month or $240 a year per seat.

That add-on matters because PandaDoc can't enforce 2FA across a whole organization on its own, and the workaround is requiring SSO and enforcing 2FA at your identity provider. Cyber-insurance applications and customer security questionnaires now routinely ask whether MFA is enforced on every business app, not just offered. If you'll have to answer yes, the SSO add-on is part of the real seat price, so budget it before you compare PandaDoc with anything. A HIPAA BAA is an Enterprise add-on too. My rule: if you only need a handful of documents signed, stay on free and read DocuSign vs PandaDoc before buying seats.

PandaDoc in context

Where this data comes from

HelpCompare records pricing and feature data from vendor pricing pages and documentation at the time each comparison is researched, then re-checks it on a published schedule. This entity page is generated from those records — it does not introduce any figure that has not already been verified on a comparison page.

  • Vendor pricing and documentation — www.pandadoc.com, checked September 12, 2026.
  • HelpCompare research — 4 comparison pages listed above, each with its own verification date.
  • G2 — aggregate rating and review count, checked . Review counts change daily; treat them as a snapshot.
  • Machine-readable copy — /data/tools.json, /data/tools.csv, and the open data hub.
Prices change often and vendors do not always announce it. Every figure here carries the date it was last checked — confirm current pricing with the vendor before you buy. If you find something out of date, the comparison page it came from is linked in the table above.
