Bottom line up front: What should a Zoho Sign team check before moving to PandaDoc?

Check which of your documents rely on Zoho's stronger signature options, because its QES and 21 CFR Part 11 controls have no stated PandaDoc equivalent here.

The move buys you the proposal editor, a team free plan of 5 documents a month and unlimited signing on Starter, at $19 a seat against Zoho Sign Standard's $10. The document sets the signature level, not the tool. A sales proposal mostly needs a clear record of who signed and when, but some regulated records and some cross-border contracts call for a higher level of signature, and one that falls short can be challenged later. Sort your templates by what each one requires, have whoever owns legal or compliance confirm the list, and keep a Zoho Sign seat for those documents if PandaDoc can't show the same. Download every completed document with its audit trail before you cancel.
