Bottom line up front: Should a team on Clockify move to Harvest?

Only if invoicing is the reason, and only after you've protected the clock-in records of anyone paid by the hour.

Harvest Teams is $9 a seat on annual billing plus usage charges it doesn't publish, against $5.49 for Clockify Standard, approvals move up to Enterprise (from $14 annual), and Harvest documents no kiosk or GPS clock-in. There's no Clockify importer, so you reshape the Detailed report to Harvest's 8 columns, and start and end times turn into durations. That last detail is easy to miss. For hourly staff, when someone clocked in and out is the wage record, and overtime, break and pay disputes get settled from punch times, not from the totals. Export the full Clockify history with start and end times intact, store it somewhere the business owns, and only then cancel.
