Bottom line up front: Should we switch from Clockify to Toggl Track?

Not until the usage data, not a show of hands, proves nobody relies on Clockify's kiosk, GPS, screenshots or invoicing, because Toggl's current plans list none of them.

If nobody does, you're paying more for planning: Toggl Starter is $9 a user on annual billing against $3.99 to $7.99 for most Clockify plans, and SSO comes on Premium ($16) instead of Enterprise. The move is manual, since Toggl has no Clockify-specific importer, so you reformat the Detailed report to Toggl's CSV template and rebuild rates and approvals by hand. I'd check the data because the people who depend on a kiosk or an invoice run are usually front-line staff and the bookkeeper, not whoever is in the room choosing the tool. Pull the last few months of kiosk clock-ins and sent invoices, and if either shows real use, name its replacement before you sign.
