Bottom line up front: Is it worth moving a team from Cal.com to Calendly?

For a growing team, often yes: Calendly Standard is $10/seat/mo against $12 for Cal.com Teams on annual billing, and its workflows and native CRM sync go deeper.

Nothing imports, so every event type, buffer and custom question is rebuilt by hand, and you give up the open-source option and Cal.com's built-in PayPal collection. The real risk is the links. Your old booking URLs sit in email signatures, the website, old proposals and ad campaigns, and they'll 404 once the Cal.com event types are gone, and I've managed enough ad budgets to know a dead link quietly burns spend. Search your site, templates and ads for every booking link before you switch, then run both tools for a full week and cancel only once bookings are landing.

    • Cal.com offers a HIPAA BAA; we found none for Calendly. Don’t move protected health information until that is settled.
