    How the migration actually works

    Every member is billed, including viewers; Notion databases are not built for 50,000-record tables or cross-base sync; interfaces and automations have no direct equivalent.

    Will it cost less?

    At list price, yes ($10 against $20 per person, yearly), but Notion bills every member while Airtable bills editors only; count your viewers before deciding.

    Do linked records survive?

    No. They arrive as text; add relation properties between the new Notion databases to rebuild them.

    Do links, formulas and views survive the move?

    Expect to rebuild them. CSV carries rows and columns; links between tables, formulas, automations, views and permissions are recreated in the new tool by hand.
