Bottom line up front: Should we drop inFlow for Sortly to save money?

Only if you've stopped selling through your inventory system, because sales orders, store connections, Xero sync and lot or serial records have no home in Sortly.

For pure stock tracking the saving is plain: $49 a month for 2 users on Sortly Advanced against $129 on annual billing for inFlow Entrepreneur, and you gain offline scanning. The exit is where care pays. inFlow exports a CSV per data type, but manufacture orders, attachments and settings can't be exported, and Sortly's import only adds new items. Your order history, purchase costs and vendor records are what your accountant needs at tax time and what an auditor asks for later, so export every data type, save attachments and manufacturing details by hand, and store the files where finance can find them after the login is gone. Do that before you give notice, not in the last week.

    How the migration actually works

    Sortly lists no sales orders or selling channels; keep order history as exported CSV files.
