Editorial assessmentThese are both full order-management tools: purchase orders, sales orders, stock across locations, barcode scanning in mobile apps and sync with online stores. The difference is mostly price and how each plan is limited.
Zoho limits orders per month (500 on Standard), users and locations, and sells more of each as add-ons. inFlow limits team members, sales orders per year (1,200 on Entrepreneur, then $0.20 each) and the number of active integrations (1, 3, 5 or unlimited); purchase orders and products are unlimited.
inFlow requires a one-time $499 onboarding package on Small Business and above. Its API is a $49-a-month add-on below Mid-Size, and lot and serial tracking are add-ons on smaller plans. Zoho’s add-ons are users, orders, locations and advanced warehousing.
None of the three imports directly from another. Every move is a spreadsheet move: export CSV or Excel from the old tool, map the columns to the new tool’s import template, and import items, stock levels, customers and vendors in order. inFlow’s importer takes products, stock levels, customers, vendors and orders, and inFlow sells import help at $199 an hour.
List prices checked September 19, 2026, annual billing unless marked. Both include a set number of users per plan and charge for extra users. Order limits, add-ons, inFlow’s $499 onboarding package (Small Business and above) and taxes are not included.
Price matters, you want a free plan to start, or you sell across many marketplaces and need an API without add-ons.
You need unlimited purchase orders and locations, want mandatory 2FA, and your order volume justifies the higher price.
Uses your selections above. Estimate excludes add-ons, overages, and negotiated discounts.
Zoho has a free plan and a 14-day trial; inFlow has a 14-day trial without a card. Import a sample catalogue into each and process a test order.
