Bottom line up front: What will Sortly really cost once you're past the free plan?

More than the entry price suggests, because Sortly caps both users and unique items: Free stops at 1 user and 100 items, and Advanced is $49/mo for 2 users.

Ultra is $149/mo for 5 users and 2,000 items, Premium is $299/mo for 8 users and 5,000, and the yearly deal is a first-year 50% offer with no published price after that. Don't share one login across the stockroom to stay under the user limit. When stock goes missing, the first question is who changed the count, and Sortly's activity history only answers it if everyone signs in as themselves (it keeps 1 month of history on Free and 1 year on Advanced). Sortly's own login also has no two-factor authentication, which is only possible through SSO on Enterprise, so a shared password is a single point of failure. Budget for real seats, on the monthly prices.
