Bottom line up front: Is it worth leaving Confluence for Coda?

It can be when most of your people only read the wiki: Coda bills only Doc Makers at $12/mo on annual Pro, viewers stay free at any scale, and Confluence counts every user past 10.

There's no importer, so pages move as exported Markdown or HTML and get rebuilt as Coda docs, and you lose native Jira linking. Old wikis are mostly dead weight. Before you export anything, ask each team to claim its pages and archive whatever nobody claims, because every stale page you move is one you rebuild by hand and then have to keep accurate. On day one, invite everyone as a viewer and add Doc Makers only on request, since that's the line your bill is drawn on. If engineering links specs to Jira tickets, decide how those links will work before you cancel anything.
