Bottom line up front: What breaks when you move a Coda workspace to Confluence?

Anything that worked like an app: Confluence has no importer for Coda's tables or formulas, so you export pages as Markdown or HTML and rebuild them as plain Confluence pages.

The trade can be worth it if your team runs Jira, since Confluence links pages natively to tickets and roadmaps. The billing flips, though: Coda Pro is $12/Doc Maker/mo with viewers free, while Confluence counts every user, viewers included, once you pass its 10-user free cap. Before exporting, list which Coda docs are really tools, like a tracker built on formulas or a button that updates a table, because someone's process depends on them and they won't survive as static text. Give each of those a new home first, then move the pure reading material, and keep Coda open read-only for a few weeks in case a formula turns out to matter.
