Jira pricing: Free (10 users), from $9.05/user/mo. Free plan: yes — up to 10 users. Each figure links to the comparison it was verified in.
Free up to 10 users, then from $9.05/user/mo, but SSO, SCIM and the admin audit log need a separate Atlassian Guard Standard subscription unless you're on Enterprise.
IP allowlisting is a Premium feature, and it has a catch: some information, such as notification details and Smart Links, stays visible to people outside your allowed ranges. That's how allowlists generally behave. They gate the app, not the email the app sends, and issue notifications land in inboxes on phones and home laptops. So if you're paying for Premium to keep project data on the office network, also trim what your notifications carry, or the allowlist is mostly for show. In Jira's favor, Standard already covers a HIPAA BAA and a long list of data residency regions.

HelpCompare records pricing and feature data from vendor pricing pages and documentation at the time each comparison is researched, then re-checks it on a published schedule. This entity page is generated from those records — it does not introduce any figure that has not already been verified on a comparison page.
