Bottom line up front: What do we lose moving from Bitwarden to LastPass?

Items and money: LastPass takes only Bitwarden's CSV, which leaves out cards, identities, passkeys and SSH keys, and SCIM means LastPass Business at $7 a user against Bitwarden Teams at $4.

If you self-host Bitwarden on Enterprise today, stop, because LastPass lists no self-hosting option. Otherwise import in batches under 200 items and rebuild collections as shared folders. The step people skip is counting. CSV imports fail quietly, and a dropped row simply isn't there until someone needs that login, so record the item count in each Bitwarden collection before export and check it against the matching LastPass folder after every batch. Keep Bitwarden running until the numbers match and a few people have used the new vault for real logins, then delete the export, which holds every password in plain text.
