Yes, it's priced like a Workspace feature, from $7/user/mo with Gemini AI notes bundled into paid editions, so it fits teams already paying for Google Workspace.

The free plan caps meetings at 60 minutes, desktop use is browser only, and phone dial-in must be turned on by an administrator. The bundled AI notes are the part to set rules for before people start using them. A transcript of a client or HR call is a business record, recording consent rules differ by place, and an AI summary can get a decision or a number wrong in a way nobody notices until it's forwarded. So tell participants when notes are on, keep them off for sensitive calls by default, and have the meeting owner read the summary before it goes out. AI features change often, so check what your edition includes today.
