Bottom line up front: Should you drop Semrush for Moz Pro to cut costs?

Only after checking who uses what, because Moz Pro costs $49 against $139 for Semrush's SEO plan but has no paid-search research and nothing to match Semrush's content-marketing tools.

What you gain is AI-visibility tracking bundled at every Moz tier, and what you lose, besides those modules, is your rank history, since Moz has no Semrush importer and tracking starts fresh. Before you cancel, ask everyone with a login which reports they pulled in the last few months. If the PPC or content team depends on a Semrush report, you'll buy another tool to replace it and the saving shrinks or disappears. Export your keyword lists and ranking history as CSV, map each keyword to the page you're optimizing as you re-add it in Moz, and keep Semrush through one full reporting cycle.
