Bottom line up front: Which Smartsheet plan fits your team size?

Headcount decides it: Pro at $9/Member/mo billed yearly ($12 monthly) covers 1-10 Members, Business at $19/Member/mo ($24 monthly) needs 3+, and SAML SSO waits for Enterprise at 10+.

There's no free plan and the page doesn't state the trial length, so have your test project ready before you start the clock. The seat that costs you is the one nobody removes. Per-member tools quietly collect contractors and ex-staff who still hold paid access and can still see your project data, so tie removal to your offboarding checklist and review the member list before every renewal.
