    Why won’t IMAP work on Zoho’s free plan?

    The free plan does not include IMAP, POP or ActiveSync.

    Will it cost more?

    Yes: Business Basic is $7 a user a month on annual billing and Standard $14, against $3 for Zoho Workplace Standard.

    How long does an email migration take?

    It depends on mailbox sizes and the number of users; run a pilot with a few mailboxes first and schedule the MX switch for a quiet period.
