Editorial assessment

Bottom line up front: How far do Lusha's credits really go?

Not as far as the plan names suggest, because 1 credit reveals an email but a phone number costs 5, so Starter's 400 credits a month shrink fast if your reps dial.

Starter is $37.45/user/mo billed annually ($49.90 monthly), Professional is $69.90/mo with 600 credits, Premium is $399.90/mo with 3,400 credits, and teams over 5 users get a sales quote. Contact data also goes stale as people change jobs, and mailing dead addresses hurts the sender reputation of your whole domain, not just the campaign. Building a 35,000-subscriber list taught me that a bounce costs more than whatever you paid for the address. So verify emails before any sequence, and dedupe before reveals sync into your CRM. Test the free 40 credits on your own target list first, then read Lusha vs Apollo.io.

Lusha: worth knowing

  • SecurityLusha makes 2FA mandatory for all paid users (Self-Serve and Enterprise) who sign in with email and password, rather than leaving it as an admin toggle. source
  • SecurityLusha says customer personal data is mainly stored in EU regions, with US data stored in US regions; it does not describe a customer-selectable region. source
  • RemoteGoogle and Office 365 sign-in work on every plan; SAML SSO through Okta or Azure is limited to Scale plans. source
  • SecurityRole-based access (Admin, Manager, User) limits which data and settings each team member sees. source

Hover or tap “source” to see the exact wording we relied on. “Not published” means we could not find the vendor saying it on its own site; it doesn’t mean the feature is missing. Where this data comes from

HelpCompare records pricing and feature data from vendor pricing pages and documentation at the time each comparison is researched, then re-checks it on a published schedule. This entity page is generated from those records — it does not introduce any figure that has not already been verified on a comparison page.

  • Vendor pricing and documentation — lusha.com, checked September 23, 2026.
  • HelpCompare research — 2 comparison pages listed above, each with its own verification date.
  • G2 — aggregate rating and review count (none recorded for this tool). Review counts change daily; treat them as a snapshot.
  • Machine-readable copy — /data/tools.json, /data/tools.csv, and the open data hub.
Prices change often and vendors do not always announce it. Every figure here carries the date it was last checked — confirm current pricing with the vendor before you buy. If you find something out of date, the comparison page it came from is linked in the table above.
