Bottom line up front: How much will Figma cost once the whole product team needs access?

It depends on who really needs a Full seat: designers at $16 a month (annual), developers on a Dev seat at $12, and most others on Collab at $3.

On paid plans, stakeholders can view, comment on and inspect files without a paid seat, so reviewers shouldn't be on the invoice at all, and the bigger jump is governance, since SSO, SCIM and the audit log start at Organization, where a Full seat is $55 and annual only. What quietly raises the bill is seat drift. Someone asks for edit rights for one project, gets a Full seat, and nobody moves them back, so the expensive tier fills up with people who edited once. I'd audit seat roles before every renewal and move anyone who only comments or inspects down a tier.
