Both sell flat monthly plans with unlimited mailboxes and warmup, capped by how much you send. Salesforge adds LinkedIn steps and a 14-day trial; Instantly scales to much higher send volumes. Here is what each costs at your volume.
Under 5,000 emails a month they cost about the same, $48 for Salesforge Pro against $47 for Instantly Growth on monthly billing, so the software isn't where your money goes.
The page's footnote is the line that matters: mailboxes and domains are extra, and in cold email that infrastructure is the real budget. Salesforge fits a team that wants LinkedIn steps and unlimited users on Growth ($80 a month annual), while Instantly fits senders heading past 50,000 emails a month, with Hypergrowth allowing 125,000 for $97. Whichever you pick, send from separate domains, never your company's main one, because bounces and spam complaints drag down a domain's reputation and you don't want your invoices and client email paying for a cold campaign. I've spent enough of my own money on email to treat the sending domains as the asset and the tool as replaceable, so buy and warm the domains first and choose the tool second.

Prices in USD from salesforge.ai/pricing (and Salesforge’s own comparison page for the monthly figures) and instantly.ai/pricing, checked September 27, 2026. Salesforge annual billing gives 2 months free. Instantly shows a yearly toggle too; this page uses its monthly prices.
Editorial assessmentBoth are cold email platforms built around many sending mailboxes with automatic warmup. The differences are channel mix, users and how far each plan scales.
Salesforge caps emails a month and active contacts in sequence (5,000 and 1,000 on Pro; 50,000 and 10,000 on Growth). Instantly caps emails a month and uploaded contacts (5,000 and 1,000 on Growth; 125,000 and 25,000 on Hypergrowth; 500,000 and 100,000 on Light Speed).
Salesforge Pro is 1 user with 1 LinkedIn sender; Growth allows unlimited users and LinkedIn senders and adds A/B testing and API access. Both plans include monthly credits for email validation, personalization and social actions (300 each on Pro, 1,000 on Growth).
Neither imports the other’s campaigns. Download your leads as CSV from Instantly (an active subscription is needed to reach the dashboard), copy your sequence steps by hand, then upload the CSV into a Salesforge sequence (up to 100,000 rows) and reconnect your mailboxes.
List prices checked September 27, 2026. Both plans also cap contacts: Salesforge counts active contacts in sequence (1,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Growth), Instantly counts uploaded contacts (1,000 on Growth, 25,000 on Hypergrowth). Mailboxes, domains and taxes are extra.
You want email and LinkedIn steps in one sequence, several users on one plan, or the lowest entry price on annual billing ($40).
You send more than 50,000 emails a month, or you want the cheapest path to 125,000 emails a month.
Uses your selections above. Estimate excludes add-ons, overages, and negotiated discounts.
Count your monthly sends and active contacts first. Under 5,000 emails a month the price is a wash; above 50,000 Instantly has the published plans.
