We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a price, plan limit, feature or claim on HelpCompare does not match the vendor’s own site, please tell us.

How to report an error

Email bill@helpcompare.com with the page address, what is wrong, and, if you have it, the vendor page that shows the right figure. Bill reads every one.

What happens next

We check the report against the vendor’s own pricing page or documentation, the same source every figure on the site comes from. If the page is wrong, we correct it and update the date it was last checked, and the same record is corrected in our open dataset.

Price changes

Vendors change their pricing often. Our quarterly re-checks, and any re-check after a vendor announces a change, update figures in place with the new check date. Always confirm the current price on the vendor’s site before you buy.
