Administrative dissolutionFailure to file exposes the LLC to administrative dissolution and loss of exclusive rights to its registered name. PHASED IN: non-filers face dissolution only for reports not filed starting in 2027 - no dissolution risk for reports missed in 2025-2026 during the transition.
State taxNo franchise tax / capital stock tax applies to LLCs (Pennsylvania's capital stock/franchise tax was phased out). Not re-verified against a PA Dept. of Revenue page.
