Verified against the official state page
- STATUTE-CONFIRMED (10 Sep 2026). 18 O.S. 2055.2 requires LLCs to 'pay an annual certificate fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00)'. The $100 formation fee is confirmed via a state-hosted digital archive document and the official Articles of Organization form, both independent of the blocked SOS domain and in agreement.
- $100 + $25 = $125.
