- $35 formation only. The annual report is generally due the April 15 following formation; if formed early in a year so the first April 15 falls within 12 months, add $20.
- The 90-day involuntary-dissolution notice period comes from an official SOS communication about a specific dissolution round, not a general statute page — treat as SOS practice rather than a fixed statutory deadline.
