Missouri

Missouri has no annual report

Missouri does not require a periodic or annual report for a standard LLC. There is no recurring filing to miss and no report fee to budget for.

You still have obligations. No annual-report-based dissolution risk. Failure to maintain a registered agent can result in cancellation of registration. No franchise tax. Missouri's corporate franchise tax was repealed effective for tax years beginning on or after 1 January 2016, and applied only to corporations under Chapter 351.

Where these figures come from

We publish a number only when we can point at the page that sets it. These are those pages — the statute and the agency, not someone else's article.

Other deadlines worth knowing about

Deadlines are where an LLC quietly dies — miss enough of them and the state dissolves it administratively. If you file in more than one state, these are the ones to put in the calendar next.
